I recently bought a home in Merced as an investment property. I was apprehensive about the process because I live two hours away. I has assumed that you have to meet an agent face-to-face, but that was the old days. I'm happy to write this review for Beth and The Key Team for supporting me through a multi-faceted process!
In November 2021, I found Beth Christensen through Zillow.com, made contact via email and text, and received a response immediately. Right away, Beth sent me a video of a listing in Merced to give me a preview. I was impressed. A native of Merced, Beth was able to give me a lot of information about rents, neighborhoods, and future developments; her spunky nature and instantaneous communication gave me so much confidence in my purchase. All the previewing and research paid off. At my first in-person visit to Merced, we made an offer on a property and it was accepted!
Beth and her team stayed on top of communication between all the parties -- all of whom lived out of town. Beth went above-and-beyond by driving by and 'babysitting' the property during escrow. It was a huge time-saver and relief for me. I feel like I've made a good friend and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent!
